This is the energy storage demonstration project in Shandong Province, China, established in 2022 and among the first batch of projects participating in the electricity spot market in China.

This energy storage station comprises a 100MW/200MWh air-cooled energy storage, FLP battery system, a 5MW/10MWh sodium-ion energy storage system, and individual containerized battery modules of 2.5MW/5MWh each.

This station operates under unified grid dispatch and management, providing peak shaving, frequency regulation, capacity compensation, and energy storage capacity leasing services to the local grid to generate additional revenue. This enhances the flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and safety of the local power system.
