On July 27, 2023, the project was put into service at full capacity, hence it became the largest grid-side stand-alone energy storage project in Southwest China. It’s worth saying that the the battery system in the project is equipped with advanced 1500V liquid cooling energy storage solution, and its thermal management strategy has been optimized according to local climate characteristics, so that the temperature control accuracy is controlled within ±1℃. The project adopts the prefabricated cabin energy storage integration design “Factory Prefabrication + Modular Construction”, and its container is equipped with automatic control and safety protection systems (including independent power distribution system, temperature control system, heat insulation system, flame retardant system, safety escape system, emergency system, fire alarm system, fire control system, and video monitoring system etc.), making the project live up to integrated safety management and monitoring.
